How quickly can you supply staff?
We specialise in short-notice cover. For casual shifts and events we can often help within a day or two, depending on the role, numbers and availability. For larger teams or specialist roles, a little more notice helps us find the right people.
What kind of staff can you supply?
Waiters, bartenders, baristas, chefs, kitchen assistants, housekeeping and cleaning staff, event and catering staff, and supervisors for hotels, restaurants, caterers and venues across Malta.
Can I hire staff for a single event, for a season or permanently?
Yes. We supply staff for one-off events, for a season, on a regular casual basis, or permanently. Tell us what you need in the request form and we will suggest the best option.
How do I request staff?

What documents do I need to work in Malta?
If you are a Maltese, EU or EEA citizen, you will usually need a valid ID card or passport, your Maltese tax (TIN) and social security numbers if you already have them, and your bank IBAN so you can be paid. If you are new to Malta, we will guide you through getting your numbers. Some roles may also ask for a food handling certificate or a police conduct certificate. Bring your CV and, if you have them, any hospitality certificates.
Do I need a work permit?
Citizens of Malta and other EU/EEA countries do not need a work permit. If you are from outside the EU/EEA, you normally need a valid permit to work in Malta, such as a Single Permit issued through Identità, and the employer usually applies for it. Tell us your situation in the application form and we will advise you honestly.
Do I need experience?
Experience in hospitality helps and many of our roles ask for it, but we also look at attitude, reliability and willingness to learn. Tell us about yourself in the form and we will match you to a suitable role.
